February 2025: Updates From The Field

February has been a month of incredible productivity, and we're thrilled to share our accomplishments with you.

KENYA

Our team visited three schools in Kenya's Central region — Mucibao, Karoroha, and Witeithya comprehensive schools. During our team's visit, they identified 17 households and 48 students struggling with basic needs. To provide immediate and sustainable support, we subsidized housing costs, provided food supplies and seeds, covered school fees, uniforms, and books for students, and sponsored a school feeding program for one term.

NIGERIA

In the Daffo district of Bokkos County, Plateau State, The Blessing Projects empowered 100 young girls and children of widowed mothers from 10 vulnerable communities through hands-on training in poultry farming. By equipping them with practical skills, we're not just offering aid — we're fostering independence and long-term stability.

ARMENIA

We've begun planning and constructing a multifunctional building that will serve as both a production facility and a center for education and community events. This space will feature a vegetable canning facility, a fruit and vegetable drying area, and a dedicated training room for professional development programs. More than just a building, this initiative is a place of growth, learning, and resilience for the displaced Christians of Karabakh.

LEBANON

Our medical program in Lebanon continues to thrive, providing essential care to 170 displaced elderly individuals. Through medical support, medication, and compassionate care, we remain committed to safeguarding their health and dignity in uncertain times.

SYRIA

We've launched a program to protect and support over 2,000 Christians who have fled the war in Aleppo and Hama, seeking refuge in Tal Tamer and Alkhabur. For the next two months, we'll be on the ground every day providing critical support to both the Christian and Yazidi communities.

We've also launched a new project in East Syria, setting up a sewing factory for displaced Christian and Yazidi widows in the Ras Al Ain camp.
